You get mostly complaining in online reviews and we take such things with a grain of salt but we have been reading a lot of "this place is a Frat House" lately. We are imagining buildings boiling over with drunk 20 somethings.
Ideally we will not be lulled to sleep every night by thumping base and pot smoke. We've had our share of both when we were younger but it's just not that appealing anymore.
Is there any hope for us? We are starting with the buildings listed below. Our budget is $3000-$4000 and we only need a one bedroom or even a big studio. Any insight is appreciated!
