My apt is closing April 1st and looking to rent a furnished (nice) 1 bedroom for 3 months in any of the buildings that I am thinking to buy at. (try building out) Andaz, Wall Street Court, Beaver...Anyone know of any?

I've got a few furnished 1BRs for short term available for April 1 at 55 Wall Street and another unit in the W Hotel. My page here on SE has all the info... Finding a nice furnished rental is always a difficult search, but you happen to be looking in the right neighborhood. There are some really nice options available to you in the Wall St/FiDi area.
