Prices have soared in Clinton Hill Forte Green Area . $3300.00 per month is now cheap for a 2 bedroom 1 Bath apartment in Clinton Hill.. Next Summer $3500.00 will be cheap where are prices going ?

My experience in renting two Clinton Avenue apartments last year is that
rental prices were much stronger in mid-2012 than in mid-2011

What about the edge of Clinton Hill/Bed-Stuy?

Asking rental prices at the Clinton Hill-Bed Stuy border just north and
south of Claason Avenue are also way up from several years ago.

When I re-priced that market last June, prices in the Classon area were
far higher than the rents I was getting on Clinton Avenue 4 years ago in
what are much better locations
