Can a landlord from squat in his unit?

Discussion about
Tenant doesnt wanna pay or vacate premise, uses nyc's pro tenant red-tape to get free months' rent.. he leaves for vaca for 2 weeks.. to find landlord squatting in the same location, now they are roomies.. can't landlord use same pro tenant rights if he transferred unit (held in LLC, not his name) to 3rd party which is deemed arm's lenght's transaction?

You don't get squatters rights in only 2 weeks.

But I did enjoy the movie War of the Roses.

Sounds like a landlord who wants a more permanent living accommodation,
one which includes meals and a public security force watching over him.
