This building is very poorly-maintained. Building management is non-responsive and rude. There is no live-in super. The front door has broken at least 10 times in the 2 years we've lived here, and it always takes forever for them to fix it. People throw their garbage over the rail from the street so there is a huge rat infestation. For the money they charge, you could get a nicer apartment elsewhere in the neighborhood. It's not worth your time.
