Discussion about 248 East 83rd Street TOWNHOUSE
Has anyone taken a tour of this rental? Finishes look great, and layout is good for a family... but the location of being across the street from the subway seems to put this at a too high of a price.

83rd street and third ave is not across the street from the subway hayseed.
