Two nicely renovated 2 bedrooms- 257 CPW with direct park view listed at 1.950m and 80 CPW, beautiful details but low floor and poor views at 2.395m. Anyone else see them? Thoughts? Gotta lean toward 257 when thinking of future resale value..
