In contract, but I'm curious what it'll sell for...big apt, well renovated, but building is just not as nice as what an apt like that belongs in. Plus 86th location is great, but btwn 1st and 2nd, especially during 2nd ave construction is not ideal. Not to mention maintenance is over $6,000/month...
