Which CPW 2bedroom do you prefer?

Definitely 257 CPW - Higher floor (marginally), but tree-top views of Central Park sure beat interior courtyard views of 80 CPW. Split bedrooms for 257 CPW; similar maint & lower price. Not sure how much to trust sq footage claims for either.

I wanted to take a look but I no longer look at Elliman listings. They've decided that they will only post expanded floorplans on Streeteasy, making it impossible to see the entire floor plan and necessary to click through to the listings on their site. Maybe they want the traffic to their website? Maybe every single agent in their offices has become technologically incapable of posting a floorplan that can be seen in its entirety on Streeteasy? Who knows? I've said before that Streeteasy and other sites brought transparency to the NYC housing market. I object to anything that obstructs that transparency. I know I'm an old curmudgeon, but our family doesn't consider Elliman listings anymore.

257 CPW has a more gracious layout. Split bedrooms is always nice, and makes an apartment feel larger even if it isn't.
