Price difference per floor - $5mill condo Soho

A 4th floor condo recently sold in Soho for $5 million. The 3rd floor is identical finish, quality and condition. It has identical view, but obviously slightly less light etc. Bi have elevator access If $5 million is the correct price for the 4th floor, what is the likely price of the 3rd floor. I guess if someone had access to the asking prices for some new builds showing the price per floor in prime manhattan and if all released at the same time it would give the view of a sponsor on this issue. Would be useful if at data was for the 1,2,3,4,5 floor type of area as I suspect the numbers might be much different at floor 30 for example... Many thanks!
