Discussion about 140 East 56th Street in Sutton Place
why do rents look so low in this building? anyone have info about bldg/location?

Because the management company charge $500 application fee + nonrefundable $500 move-in fee + nonrefundable $500 move-out fee + $462 credit check fee (per person)+$1000 move-in deposit (only could give it back to you when your lease expires!) + $1000 move-out deposit + broker fee(if it's posted by a broker). Besides, it's so noisy because this building is right on 56th street & Lexington ave, you feel like sleeping next to the bus stop - too noisy to fall asleep. If you still think this is a good deal let me know.
