Anyone live here on SE? How well is the building run (management, upkeep, financial health)?

The landlord seems to be doing fine. Bought it in 1968, low LTV mortgage, and only 19 of the 65 apartments are rent-stabilized. Sweet of you to worry about the landlord's financial health....
