Good to know: This is part of low income affordable housing under the 80/20 rule. There are 200 units assigned for low income housing here.

You can check https://a836-propertyportal.nyc.gov to see whether the building's getting a 421A RE-tax exemption.

If it's a rental building in the 14th-96th St. area, and is getting a 20-year 421A, then it's most likely 80/20.
