i'm curious too. i've seen nothing move-in condition on UWS for less than 1000/sft.Guywithcat, did you go to the open house?

Yes we did, we were not impressed. The remodel is so particular in style that you would need a very specific buyer. So they can hold out for that buyer, or lower the price. Maybe not sub 1000 but still should come down.
