3rd floor. it's a 6 unit bldg with 2 units on each floor.

really nice coop. out of my price range, but nice. one of the bedroom room (7th picture in the series) is not that usable due to the staircase going to the roof deck.

like the sky light - nice touch, gives the living room great light.
