Why isn't this apartment selling. Their open house had tons of people, and apparently they got a lot of offers!

I don't know the particulars of the building- but one thing that could be of concern is that this is only a 5 unit building. It might be more difficult to obtain a mortgage in a smaller building, or alternatively there could be greater risk if just 1 neighbor defaults on the maintenance.
