There is a great deal of construction at this property, I rented there for a period and just moved out because the noise was so bad. Be warned, the noise goes well into the night, especially on Gold street. The building was also robbed at gunpoint last Christmas. It seems like a nice neighborhood, I was shocked myself!

Hello- I am interested in this building. Were you on a lower floor? Or the noise level reaches higher floors as well.
