Avoid at all costs. There's a hoarder who lives on the ground floor and stores her crazy hoarder things in the public spaces. The whole building smells like dead animals and you will end up retching every time you enter or leave. It's been this way for years.

Call the fire marshall.
After the building owner starts getting fines for public space obstruction and fire hazzards, you'll see it cleared out by hook or by crook.
