I also looked at this apartment last summer, looks like the owner was testing many brokers for a few years. I see it's on and off the market for a couple of years. Im sure he was driving them crazy. In summer the second room is unbearable, hot and steamy as there is no ventilation. It could be used for storage only.
The apartment needs tons of work, pretty much everything. Also the windows in the main room is what they call lot line windows. Never a good thing. No view at all and poor light. The building is next to metadon clinic and in very noisy street, the financials of the building is very shaky. In this market this apartment will sell probably but I would never buy after I have done research. In my opinion it's a louse buy. It's the way overpriced for what it is.
