Discussion about 22 North 6th Street #10A
I'd generally like to avoid looking at places like this. It's not for me because it lacks character and is boxy. I don't mind modern, clean and new but these sorts of building (especially in Williamsburg) are overpriced/inflated in my opinion due to the popularity of the neighborhood. Also I'd prefer not to be in such a huge complex unless it was a great deal and a great apartment.
