Again, not a fan of this layout. I don't like that you walk into the kitchen and boxy living room. Also if I can get outdoor space (which I understand is super hard and a stretch) I'd prefer it to be grass. These modern buildings in the neighborhood tend to not be what I like design/layout wise and are just so inflated in the price that I don't feel like it's where I want to put my money.
