I definitely like the nicer/higher end appliances in this apartment. They didn't show photos of the private roof deck or the 2nd bedroom. I'd check it out since it has gone down in price and seems to have a good amount of space. But again, these modern buildings seem to always have that boxy/ikea feeling and it was hard to tell the layout of this one if that is the case here or not.
