Many other sales that I could view on this property last year are now blank. Where's all the 2011 sales data? Brokers shouldn't be able to play games with this info. This very large coop is also listed under many different addresses on streeteasy, not many of them being the same address that buyers view them under. And in fact, some of the missing data here shows up under the (spurious) address 575 Grand Street. This shouldn't be a game of peek-a-boo. I depended on Streeteasy as a purchaser, and am dismayed to see how current purchasers are getting played. I know some journalists who'd love to dig into this. [less]
