Unrealistic proposed floorplans

Discussion about 77 Bleecker Street #PH1315
I've on occasion noticed existing and proposed floorplans in listings that take a few liberties; maybe it's moving wet over dry (which isn't likely to work), perhaps it's moving load bearing walls, leaving out columns that are visible in the pictures. I thought I'd start a thread of some of these after I noticed one today: Sale at 77 Bleecker Street #PH1315 If I'm not mistaken, in order to get the proposed floorplan to work, they seem to have moved the skylight.
