Discussion about 320 East 35th Street in Murray Hill
Hi everyone, I'm considering buying a unit in this building and I have been researching about it online, but yield no result. Has anyone lived in this building before? How do you like the building? I would like like to get a general sense of how this building's managing agent and board is like. After all, the building has unlimited subletting policy after 2 years, so it would be helpful knowing if this is in general a more relaxed board. Thanks for your time!
