Commerical renovation cost

I'm looking for some advice on commercial renovation costs. I am looking to rent about 3000 SF in Queens. The cost to rent will be about $6000/month. I've never dealt with a commercial lease before, nor with getting a commercial rental space "in shape" to open for business. I'd probably have to put in new flooring, and divide the space up with low dividers into 5 or 6 areas. It would be a space for kids, so the areas would be play areas. I would also want to set up a counter area in the front, and I'd want to repaint the space in 3 or 4 kid-friendly colors. Does anyone know realistically what something like this would cost and how long it would take to do?
