Rental at 140 East 63rd Street

Renters beware- the management team for this unit is unscrupulous- they kept our security deposit without any justification, despite a clean walk through. It took legal action to get some of it back. They claimed we caused water damage requiring the entire wood floor to be redone. I not only have pictures to prove otherwise but realtors walking through saying the unit was left better than when we first moved in. Smoke smell fills the master bathroom and bedroom as if one is in a smokers bar/lounge. Other than the units terrible management team, the Barbizon is a nice building- the guys at the desk and door are great!
