Discussion about 230 Riverside Drive at 230 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side
Does this building have a tax abatement? It says that there is one that expires in 2018... what percentage will the tax go up after that?

You can check property tax benefits (exemptions and abatements) here:
https://a836-propertyportal.nyc.gov/Default.aspx

On the Property Tax Benefit Information portal, enter the borough, block and lot for the apartment or building. When the Exemptions screen appears, click on "Abatements" in the left pane to view abatements.

If you want information on 230 Riverside Drive #2J, the block is 1253 and the lot is 1321
