Discussion about
Anyone have a good recommendation for an inspector for Brooklyn? This is for a 3-family property. What is the cost usually? Also, looking for a termite inspector.

I strongly suggest that you accompany Larry on the inspection. It takes about an hour. You'll learn a lot...
