Discussion about Tribeca Park at 400 Chambers Street in Battery Park City
Hello, Can anyone share personal experience about living in TriIbeca Park? I am looking for a 2-bedroom or convertible 1-bedroom for $5000 or less, and there seem to be some possibilities here, (convert 1-beds)... Any thoughts or advice to share? Thank you!

Jim only works with easy prey.
Foreign renter is way top complex unless there's more than just commission involved, if you know what I mean.
