Get one with access to the special Chipotle exhaust smell.

I live in the building and can say a couple of things, good and bad:
- no one has complained about odors from any of the 5 commercial food storefronts.
- the building staff are all really great.
- good building amenities.
- you're renting, so no need to go into detail about the dysfunctional board.
- if you're thinking about renting units just below the roof deck, there are problems with noise coming through the ceiling.
