Discussion about
Hello, I have been searching nonstop for a new apartment. Currently only able to spend around $1800-2100/mo on a place. I have seen some random condos in that range that look really nice, but they aren't too common. I was just wondering if any of you had some buildings anywhere from the financial district all the way to 90th that fit in this range. Particularly, I'm looking for a condo that is about 400-500 sq. ft. and has some nice aspects of the building (eg. doorman, nice appliances, fitness center, rooftop, etc.). Are there any nice buildings that have studios in that price range? Or is this very unlikely?

Why don't you hire an Agent familiar with the area?

Didn't you say you saw some already in that range? Besides them being "random" what was wrong with them that you didn't take one?

One area worth considering is the vicinity of 8th Avenue & 30th Street in Brooklyn.

This is within the largest gated community in the county, renowned for its extreme quiet & is heavily wooded & hilly, with solidly constructed buildings made to last an eternity. The main entrance is on 5th Avenue & 25th Street.

Athough the initial cost may be steep, annual maintenance is reasonable, billed annually & well worth it.

Sure you did. You made it up in between bouts of crying for no good reason and masturbating over photos of your sister and mother.

Jim, do your job, help the guy find some non-random 400-500sf apartments between $1800 and $2100. And while you are at it, please tell your "wife"/maid to do her job too and finish the laundry and then polish my silverware, or I will have to make that phone call.

You can get some pretty good buildings for less than $2000 psf. Only the ultra ultra luxiury is marketed above $2000.
