The petroleum that was used for the finishes wasn't crude petroleum. And what ISN'T sexy?

@guywithcat saw this place too and couldn't agree with you more. this apartment is made for one person and one person only. their proposed layout was bogus since it would give you an extra "room" that wouldn't even be able to fit a twin bed. Also...who needs 3 showers? and who needs a sink in the middle of a master bedroom....AND WHY DID THE PRICE GO UP? THIS IS INSANE!!!!! Not worth it. Why would this be priced at 1.9, get unlisted and then skyrocket to 2.2? fishy/greedy.
