Great place, unfortunately the living space is only 1850Sf including the patio ( i actually measured this place inch by inch). I think they have listed the two stairwells in the offering plans:-(

Full floor lofts have certain advantages, of course disadvantages are the inclusion of elevators and stairwells in the floorplan sq ft, but one unit per floor is a luxury.

Do note the condo declaration shows 2098 square feet, plus the 85 sq ft balcony. I don't understand the 2257 sq ft number that is advertised.
