Yup. And only $42,000 month in maintenance! Owner Martin Zweig passed away in Feb and couldn't sell it back in 2004 when it was listed at $70 million.

Wow, is right! When I saw the floorplan I wondered if the auxiliary spaces were petite; apparently not!
