I am looking to move soon (I would like to rent) within Manhattan and would like to do so by contacting management companies directly and seeing what apartments they have available, or just looking at their buildings and seeing what I like in case an apt does become available. Does anyone have any good ideas about how to go about doing this? I have been googling realty management companies however it is a slow process. I would appreciate any recommendations!
