Very poorly managed building with elevator, water and heat problems. Most apartments dark and noisy. Building manager is lazy, dishonest and anti-family and survives by doing personal favours for the "board members", a creepy, under-employed bunch. E.g., try to get to the "public" roof deck - funny, not possible, since it abuts a board member's private terrace. Does not have any of the typical protections of better-run condos e.g., requirements of changes in board members. Be prepared to try to get on the board to avoid decisions against your interests...
