spring is always better. now that interest rates hit new lows again, you'll see another crop of buyers who will pay anything just to get a low rate.

If you've made the decision to sell then you shouldn't wait and open yourself up to event risk or market fluctuation.

Prices seem to be going up rapidly by the week and I am noticing a lot of new inventory, which mostly seems to be investors trying to cash in. Given this, I think no hram, and might actually be beneficial to wait.

If you have a 2 bedroom, there is a shortage now. I was at an open house and there had been 35 people there and they had 4 offers at the asking price or above.

Everyone knows spring is the time to sell, buyers are anxious to buy once summer comes you have vacations, and fall is busy with holidays and back to school so real estate always is slow to sell. Yes, the exception was last year only because owners were scared of the taxes consequences both foreign and domestic which made for a one time hot fall market. This however will not be repeated to I would sell know while rates are still low and prices are strong!

I'm a seller at 3% 30 yr mortgages. Spring, summer, winter, fall. And twice on a good nite.
