Designer AND contractor with modern aesthetic?

Discussion about
Would a one-stop shop that does the interior design AND contracting/building work save money over hiring separately? If so, can anyone recommend such a firm, preferably one with modern taste? I got the recommendation of Built from here, but any others?

I do not think there should be a very big difference in price. In theory they should be the same. If you are referring to Builin Studio I have worked with them many times and eh are very good and very nice people to work with.

NYC, should have specified.

Yeah, we want someone with really strong design sense to help pull everything together. I had just assumed that if they did the work in-house, it'd be cheaper.
