I've been renting around the midtown area for almost 5 years and it has finally caught up to me. My landlord's been raised my rent the twice in the past 4 years (10% each). My lease is up in 3 months and rumor has it, he'll be looking to raise it another 10%.
I'm looking for a studio in Astoria Queens. Any thoughts on the Steinway area in Astoria?
