Second Avenue construction noise

Go to mta.info. There are various presentation updates available giving progress on a monthly basis. They include progress towards completion of the blasting and other important milestones. My understanding was that blasting was already complete down by 72nd ST and was due to finish later in 2013 elsewhere. That doesn't solve all the noise issues but should solve for a lot of the dust. The project then transitions towards the installation of the station interiors and the buliding of the above ground portions of the stations.
