Puff piece. They talk about the increase, forgetting that there was a MUCH BIGGER decrease.

And it is great that ridership is up on the train 5-10%. Except that this is meaningless, because it is an increase over near zero. They have one damn car on the train! And it was empty! (I took it to a heat game)
