Discussion about
A co-worker had a party on his gorgeous terrace on the 27th floor, and right after dark - here they are! Over 2 inches long and pretty scary, although I know they are harmless... Is it a common thing in New York, because I never saw them that high in the sky anywhere else?
Look for a drain. Maybe it could be covered or treated.
Are you sure what you saw were "Waterbugs"?
They usually live in the Building's basement and travel up through the plumbing.
(Covered with a finer grate not blocked)
Hi, trUth!
^^as you all can see, trollalanhart^^ is here posting yet another trolling comment directed at me on this thread, within minutes of me posting for the first time today.
It's Sunday now and another beautifful week/weekend of weather has been wasted by the trollalanhart.
I agree with pier45, that there must be a drain where the waterbugs are traveling up to the 27th floor and that terrace.
I agree with trUth and her waterbUgs.
Maybe TrUth could teach them to sing and then give a huge concert at Madison Square Garden. Singing waterbugs backed by an orchestra of refined bedbugs. Now I'll bet even alanhart would go to that concert, eh??
Ric: I don't sing. You are the retired opera singer.
In any case, alanhart doesn't go out to concerts. He's trolling on streeteasy all day and night.
He has no social life.
