Discussion about
Owning a home may not lead to speculative windfall profits that some people earned a few years back, but it beats paying rent. If you can turn rent into something that appreciates with inflation, that’s a good investment http://www.rickferri.com/blog/investments/rejoice-your-house-is-an-investment-again/

FLMAOzzzzzz....NOW the RE BULLz mantra is "it beats paying RENT!"

FWIW, w67 is happy to pay rent to my LL who is wishing upon a Chinese/Japanese/Chinese/Russian/Australian dude to pay 2007 BUBBLE PRICE + 10%... if w67 had a bond that barely broke par when LT rates went form 700bps to 300 bps... I'd KILL MYSELF.

W67 took $1MM made $2MM in one year... thank goodness I rented and had the capital to pull the trigger on Sprint... Now $200K up on apple in a week. Oh baby... $7.625K div chk on May 16th..... I wonder if I can pay rent with my div chk?

Hey Riverturd... keep cashing that SS chk.. and load up on sardines... it's half off on fairways...
