110-120 East 76th Street "McMansion" Project

Does anyone know when this project will be complete and when sales will start? Curbed.com did several reports on the project a few years ago, but I'm having trouble finding any new information or a price for the new townhouses. I was at the site a few months ago and it looks like they have the foundations in place with several concrete floors constructed, but that's about it. I heard from an owner in the building next door the project might be finished summer of 2014.

The Chetrits probably haven't set prices yet, as the market will have changed by the time they finish.

Someone recently posted, "SOLD! One to Mission of Qatar, another to remain in possession of on of the Chetrits, lots of brokers buzzing around #118 with buyers." but later removed the comment I think. Does anyone know if any of these have actually sold yet? If so please post your source thanks!

I would love to handle the financing for this project, do we have a sales team or management team. I represent a major lender , we would love to have a footprint in this development. Approved the development for conventional guidelines...Kieran Rodgers - 631-316-7272
