i recently visited Nforth and the Rialto over the weekend. both are nice--the rialto has better fixtures though....seems like a lot is coming on line in the next couple months so i'm interested in seeing where things price out. the biggest joke was the VP of sales from thedevelopersgroup sending out an email to 'remind everyone that, due to overwhelming interest at NForth, sales are on a first come first serve basis.' yeah right--this isn't 2005 dude.
