Plate Glass Repair (bullseye chip)

I have a large plate glass window with a bullseye chip in it. Having read forums on glass repair, I feel confident that this flaw can be repaired (http://www.deltakits.com/wise-crack/456-tech-tip-plate-glass-repairs). That being said, I have been unable to find anyone to actually repair it. I have tried a variety window companies and a variety of auto-repair companies. The window companies pressured me to replace the glass and the auto-repair companies had never worked with plate glass. I would be extremely grateful for any referral to a company or technician who is experienced in this sort of repair. Many thanks!
