She calls today and says if there was any way i could up my liquidity to $450k and if not then they have another offer?? is this normal? real? My attorney just closed another apt in that building and said the person had nothing after closing and they just asked for 2 years of maintenance in escrow . That i can believe and can do. What should i do? Shall i try to pursue or has she already gone with some else? [less]
I dont think I was talking to you front_porch, and my disdain for brokers is more of an existential disdain vis-a-vis cost/benefit/amount of work, not really a specific disdain based on my experiences.
yes, I agree with you - not all brokers are bottom dwellers/feeders. There are exceptions to every rule.

so basically you are a miserable jealous fuck who was too stupid to get into a profession that was both lucrative and fairly easy (for those with the right skill set).
thanks g; buy you a drink sometime.

The right skill set to buy apple.
Flmaozzzz.
Go team RE!
Cherry pick? Howz about pumping RE during and post the greatest credit bubble in modern history? Flmaozz
Called sprint at $2.4. And apple at $390. Don't believe you can make 'real' money on RE in the next 10years, especially with rates that will normalize.
W67 will do with it do. And you do what you doez and let count our nutz bf winter hits.
Well, look at that, Apple over 500. Too bad yikes sold out of his "posish" at $430 and that Ford, which w67 sold in order to buy into Apple is up 30+% since that call whereas Apple is up just over 25%.
Unfortunately, Ali, there are a number of idiots on this site (not thinking of anyone in particular) & many who love to kick agents just 'cause they can. You're a super doll for putting up with the nonsense & I certainly always appreciate your feedback. xox
Yeah Ali. Don't listen to those non Harvard grads. Stay the course. Go team RE!
W, Looking good. BTW, why do you suppose that I/we do not own appl and have not traded it several times over past few years? 1 dimensional thinking does not serve you well.
no_cojones: "profession" !!!!
hahahahahaha!!!!!
