Discussion about 30 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village
On top of page for the building, StreetEasy notes that building is "Owned by SATISH DHALIA & MINAK". Anybody know who that is? I'm unfamiliar with the name(s).

It's been owned by the co-op "30 Fifth Avenue Owners Incorporated" since 1970.

I don't know where SE gets its "owned by" metadata.
