Most units for sale are overpriced and although a nice building its out of the way from the subways and central park might as well live in jersey for 1/3 less as it has better Hudson river views
There are only 15 apartments for sale in a building with over 200! Not sure if you know the area that well if you think it is far from the Subway as we only have to walk up to West End Ave and then up to Broadway - 2 Avenues to get to the 72nd St subway where we can get the 1,2 and 3 - not what I would call '...out of the way'. The water views are great, as are the Riverside Park areas offering an outdoor caf�, free movies in the summer, free kayaking, bike rental and weekly musical events...no not central park but not bad at all and as noted it is a '..nice building' to boot.
I think there are over 400 units! 15 units of 400 units are not a lot.
Subway is not far at all. I bought an unit 2008 and is a happy owner since then.
I have recently financed a unit in this building, and have it approved for great rates and cheap closing costs. Call or email me to find out more.
